And last but not least, The Gosh Dilderz Show.
Episode 4 of The Joshua Childers Show. It was uploaded by popular demand a full year after the experiment show. I had already filmed several new episodes but nothing I was happy with. By that time, I didn’t even like the Shout Out Louds as much anymore. This is my favorite. It’s really kind of sad. I felt like my show was a vanity project. Perfect way to end the show. In it, I read a Sonic comic.
This was a big scandal on youtube for about a day and a half. My intention was that if I ate Mentos and drank Diet Coke that I was going to throw up. It didn’t happen so I faked it. No one believed it. I got the idea from this:
It was obviously fake, and it got a lot of views. I wanted people to maybe watch my other videos. I felt like I lost my credibility or something.
Episode 3 of The Joshua Childers Show. Here I apparently experimented with incorporating stuffed animals into the subject matter with really weird results. This might be the episode that permanently branded me as an outsider weirdo in my high school. In it, I talk to the invisible crew again.
Episode 2 of The Joshua Childers Show. In high school I felt like this was the weakest out all the episodes. In it I trash a kid’s book called King Daddy. It’s not so bad.
I’m posting my web show that I made in high school. Each episode was a parody of some genre of TV programming. I made the first three episodes alone for personal enjoyment. Even though I was extremely awkward on camera and had a speech impediment, people watched them, and I got attention in school for them. I enjoyed making the first 4 episodes, but I couldn’t handle the attention and ended it with 5 episodes. Looking back on them now, these videos seemed to be filled with dark personal humor. It’s kind of hard to watch.
